Tonya Weakley
Tonya Weakley is a well known scenic stamping specialist. The founder of Peddlers Den, she has been teaching stamping for over 25 years. "I love sharing and teaching,” she says. “It is so hard to decide what to offer! There are so many techniques, and so little time!” When asked why she specializes in the scenic genre, she says. "I believe scenic stamps bring added value to your stamp collection. Every time you pull them out you create something new and fresh! You can use them traditionally, (without making scenes) too."
Tonya began designing and manufacturing her own stamp line in early 2018. However, the Makin’ A Scene collection is more than just stamps. It includes inks, tools, and recently Tonya began designing scenic elements stencils. Tonya teaches throughout the country, and hosts a 4 day stamping retreat (with classes) each spring. She serves as a Tips and Techniques columnist for Rubberstampmadness. She and her husband live in Guntersville, AL.
She loves being outdoors, and her greatest luxury is travel.
