FAQ

Stampaway FAQs

I understand that there will be construction during Stampaway 2022. Will that be a problem?
Construction will have virtually no effect on the show itself, but it will effect portions of the parking lot. To accommodate, the Sharonville Convention Center has added three parking lots near the Convention Center.  << PLEASE CLICK HERE FOR THE MAP >>

Can I bring a roller bag, a rolling suitcase or a stroller with me to Stampaway?
No. Roller bags, rolling suitcases and strollers will not be permited on the convention floor for safety and liability reasons. They will need to be checked in at the Coat Check room near the Main Lobby using our complimentary bag check-in service.

Can I order my tickets by phone?
Beginning in 2020, all tickets sales are online only.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

I lost my wrist band. Now what?
We record your wristband registration when you purchase it. As long as you have an ID, we will replace it.
