Stampscapes A Day At The Lake
When: Thursday, August 9, 2:30p - 4:30p
Instructor: Janet Winkle
Are you looking for a piece of art that’s a conversation starter? Do you want to be able to say to your friends, “Oh that…yes, I made that!” Class attendees in the past have asked to do more large-scene stamping. Here is the answer to this challenge! It is an 8.5” x 11” project entitled “A Day at the Lake”. You will use several of the large Stampscapes stamps, mixing in a variety of old favorites with new ones. In this class, you will learn large scene building, stamp placement, and coloring. When the class is done, your finished project will be ready to frame (or put in a shadow box) and brighten someone’s day with your stamped artwork as a gift.
Bring: two ColorBox stylus, #2 or #4 round paint brush, Memories black dye base ink pad, tape runner (or double-sided tape), and glue dots.
