A Peek Inside: Journal Pages, Pockets, and More
When: Friday, August 9, 1:30p - 4:30p
Instructor: Linda Crofton
Most of us love flipping through art books and magazines, admiring the pages of someone else’s journal. This class is your chance to learn a few clever tricks for creating your very own magic. Start from scratch with a handmade journal provided for you and try your hand at adding pockets and flaps. Learn how to utilize those found pieces of paper and leftover greeting cards. Discover just what you can find tucked inside an everyday magazine picked up at the library and exactly how to personalize it to tell your own story. Linda's collection of paper ephemera continues to multiply on her RV adventures, so expect the unexpected tucked into your very own kit, including some fabulous clip art!
Bring: scissors, tape runner, and glue stick.
Optional: colored pens.
